The Territory Manager role is pivotal to the successful delivery of our events in the USA and Canada. You will be the lead and main point of contact for local event managers in the USA and Canada and support the Site Delivery teams across multiple aspects of the experience, always ensuring world class delivery and exceptional customer service. Based in the USA, but with flexibility to travel, the Territory Manager will sit within the Management Team and report directly to the Global Operations Manager and Executive Producers. The Territory Manager will be the main point of contact during the Operational Phase for all local event Managers and Teams within the Territory especially during the management of incidents/ Unplanned works and other situations as they arise and must be able to follow procedures set out by the Global Operations Manager.
The role will provide support to the Global Operations Manager and is pivotal to the successful delivery of Harry Potter: A Forbidden Forest Experience. The overall responsibility of the Operations Coordinator is to ensure the smooth running of the Global Operations Manager’s workload by managing and owning various projects within this busy workstream and supporting in progressing all aspects of the deliverables in both the planning and operational phase of our live events. Duties will vary, but excellent administrative skills are essential as is the ability to take ownership and project manage a wide variety of tasks in this busy run up to the delivery of our events. An ability and interest in researching and liaising with a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally is essential. Confident in nature you will be chasing up supplier quotes, liaising with event managers, actioning outcomes from meetings and you will be able to turn your hand to most things. High attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and high standards of work are all essential. You will be highly organised, adaptable and personable and enjoy working as part of a small and friendly team in a fast-paced environment.
Commercial Operations Manager
The Commercial Operations Manager role is pivotal to the success of the global delivery of Harry Potter: A Forbidden Forest Experience. The Commercial Operations Manager will lead the development and delivery of Commercial and Retail operations with the support of the global management team and their advisers. Working with local event managers in each city, you will provide support to the operational teams during the planning and then delivery phases. Leading in the coordination of project elements with multiple department interfaces, you will provide robust and clear plans for other functional areas to implement. A strong background in venue development & management, retail operations, commercial sponsorship activation, and/or logistics would be advantageous.
As the project moves into an exciting phase of global expansion, to multiple sites, we are looking for a hands-on Commercial Manager within this fast-paced environment. You will be assisting the Commercial Lead with the day-to-day tasks relating to the management and delivery of the Experience’s commercial programme. Typical responsibilities will be managing and delivering competing commercial priorities, reporting on progress and communicating to drive effective project delivery.
We are looking for an experienced AV Technician to work with a team delivering an outdoor experience to an extremely high standard.
- Maintenance and servicing of installed equipment during the run of show
- Switch on and switch off of system each day and undertaking of daily technical checks to ensure system is running correctly
- Fixing any faults or damage that occurs to the system during the run of show
- Liaising with the wider technical team to highlight any potential problems or faults within the system
- Assisting other departments with any technical help they may require
We are looking for an experienced Lighting Technician to work with a team delivering an outdoor experience. We are looking for someone to operate and maintain a lighting rig with multiple GrandMA control system, electrical effects and integrated set electrics.
You will work closely in a team with other departments including sound, video and Production Management in order to support all departments where required.
Due to the nature of the show and the fact it is a rolling immersive experience, it will be running multiple timecode/ Midi streams from multiple locations and therefore you should have a good understanding of GrandMA control systems. There is a large LED rig along with multiple moving light locations, show set electrics, effects machines and other generic units that will need maintaining.
