Directeur·trice de production

Le rôle du Directeur ou de la Directrice de production (Event Manager) est essentiel pour que l'événement soit un succès à Paris. Vous serez le·la responsable et le point de contact privilégié à Paris et devrez soutenir toutes les équipes investies sur place dans différents aspects de l'événement. Vous assurerez une qualité d'événement de premier ordre et un service client d'exception. Bien que basé·e à Paris, le ou la Directeur·trice de production bénéficie d'une flexibilité de déplacement. Vous formerez partie de l’European Management Team (équipe de management européenne) et rendrez directement compte au Global Operations Manager (Directeur des opérations mondiales) et aux Executive producers (Producteurs exécutifs). En tant que Directeur·trice de production, vous prendrez des décisions locales, en particulier lors d'incidents/de tâches imprévues ou dans toute autre situation qui pourrait survenir. Dans tous les cas, vous devrez être capable de suivre les directives établies par le Global Operations Manager (Directeur des opérations mondiales).

Die Rolle des Produktionsmanager (Event Manager) ist für den Erfolg der Veranstaltung in Nord-Rhein-Westfalen unerlässlich. Sie sind der Manager und der Hauptansprechpartner in Nord-Rhein-Westfalen und müssen alle Teams, die vor Ort an den verschiedenen Aspekten der Veranstaltung beteiligt sind, unterstützen. Sie sorgen für eine erstklassige Qualität der Veranstaltung und einen hervorragenden Kundenservice. Obwohl Sie in Nord-Rhein-Westfalen ansässig sind, profitieren Sie von der Reiseflexibilität. Sie sind Teil des europäischen Managementteams und berichten direkt an den Global Operations Manager und die Executive Producers. Als Produktionsmanager treffen Sie Entscheidungen vor Ort, insbesondere bei Zwischenfällen/unvorhergesehenen Aufgaben oder in jeder anderen Situation, die sich ergeben kann. In jedem Fall müssen Sie in der Lage sein, die vom Global Operations Manager aufgestellten Richtlinien zu befolgen.

North America

Territory Manager

The Territory Manager role is pivotal to the successful delivery of our events in the USA and Canada. You will be the lead and main point of contact for local event managers in the USA and Canada and support the Site Delivery teams across multiple aspects of the experience, always ensuring world class delivery and exceptional customer service. Based in the USA, but with flexibility to travel, the Territory Manager will sit within the Management Team and report directly to the Global Operations Manager and Executive Producers. The Territory Manager will be the main point of contact during the Operational Phase for all local event Managers and Teams within the Territory especially during the management of incidents/ Unplanned works and other situations as they arise and must be able to follow procedures set out by the Global Operations Manager.

United Kingdom

Global Finance Manager

As the project moves into an exciting phase of global expansion, to multiple sites, we are looking to expand our finance team. The role of Finance Manager (Global) means you have overall responsibility for the Group’s global financial activity at a senior management level, reporting to the Board of Directors. You will support the company’s leadership team to make sound business decisions and meet company objectives. Your role will include establishing budgets and cash flows at country and group level. You will also need to oversee procurement processes, foreign exchange planning and multi currency budgeting. You will have had extensive experience with Xero. The set-up of international business entities and associated banking requirements is also vital, as is the establishment and implementation of financial procedures/ policies to facilitate international growth. You will also be adept at royalty reporting.

Merchandising and Licensing Coordinator

As the project moves into an exciting phase of global expansion, to multiple sites, we are looking at expanding our retail licensing and merchandising offering. You will be assisting the Merchandise & Licensing Lead with the day-to-day tasks relating to the management of the Experience’s merchandise & licensing programme and retail operations. The role will cover the retail offering for sites within America and across Europe.

Overlay Coordinator

The Overlay Coordinator role is pivotal to the success of the global delivery of Harry Potter: A Forbidden Forest Experience. The Overlay Coordinator will lead on the development and delivery of props, scenic dressing, signage (theatrical and wayfinding) and working with the prop houses and suppliers. You will provide support to the creative design teams, production teams, and operational teams during the design phase of multiple event sites. Further support will be required during the installation phase. Leading in the coordination of project elements with multiple department interfaces, you will provide robust and clear plans for other departments to implement. A strong background in prop development or scenic design would be advantageous.

Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator role is pivotal to the success of the global delivery of Harry Potter: A Forbidden Forest Experience. This project management role will provide direction and steer to the senior management team (SMT) to ensure all project elements remain on time. Working with assistants and administrators of the SMT, you will manage the project timeline and direct focus on project elements ensuring a coordinated and methodical approach is taken.

Commercial Manager

As the project moves into an exciting phase of global expansion, to multiple sites, we are looking for a hands-on Commercial Manager within this fast-paced environment. You will be assisting the Commercial Lead with the day-to-day tasks relating to the management and delivery of the Experience’s commercial programme.  Typical responsibilities will be managing and delivering competing commercial priorities, reporting on progress and communicating to drive effective project delivery.
